i am a dancer, choreographer, teacher of movement and yoga, i love to share my knowledge with others, share space and experiences, listening to the wisdom of the body, in vocality and movement..
I feel that the wisdom of the body is the best and only tool to navigate life and our human experience as it is our only connection to the physical world, and our only compass for truth. This is especially important as we are constantly bombarded by a system that does not put the human, or the environment first, and is based on the acquisition and exhibition of power.

Movement brings power back to the people, if it is embodied, born from an inner need to move and connect.
A stiff inflexible body equals a stiff inflexible mind, full of fear and confusion. A body that is abused leads to shame, guilt and disconnect.
​
So I desire to discover as much as I can about this wonderful home we carry for life, learn how to truly listen and allow it to be the guide for this sometimes very confusing, Sisyphean human experience. For this the voice, our fifth limb is central, through its manifestation from breath to sound.
Through this process and sharing the space with other like-minded individuals, I like to create work using improvisation, music theory, tradition, and narratives, among other sources of inspiration.

I am particularly interested in meditative states to get into the creative process as well as tools I have acquired from different contemporary dance influences, theater, and of course yoga.
​
Carl Jung's philosophy and the concept of the shadow has been influential in my research, opening avenues of ancient traditions of the East and Greece, tribal rituals, Buddhist and tantric practices as consciousness-expanding tools, bringing art and human together.
​
Particular themes that I am passionate about are the de-identification from the binary, environmental responsibility, and the decolonization of our mind from structures of power; particularly the latter, as it is expressed in a multitude of forms ranging from body shame, ageism, sexism, racism and the numbing of the human psyche.
